What we collect when you use Nano Banana 2.1, why we need it, and how you stay in control of your photos.

In short: we collect only what is needed to run your edits and your account. Your photos are private, never sold and never used to train AI. You can delete them, or your whole account, whenever you like.
Scope
This policy covers nanobanana21.cc and the Nano Banana 2.1 editor (together, the "Service"). It explains what personal data we handle, the reasons for it, who else touches it and the choices you have. "We" means the team that runs the Service.
What we collect

Why we use it
- Running the editor: processing your photos, saving your History and tracking your credits and plan.
- Account emails: verification links, password resets and important service notices.
- Safety: spotting abuse, fraud and attempts to bypass our content rules.
- Improving the product: learning which templates and features people actually use.
We do not sell personal data, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.
How AI processing works
When you click Generate, your photo and prompt are sent to the AI model provider that runs Nano Banana 2.1. The provider processes them only to produce your result and send it back. Neither we nor the provider use your photos to train models.
How long we keep things
Uploads and results are stored privately and only you can see them. Delete an edit from History and both the original photo and the result are removed. Close your account and we delete your photos, edits and profile. Billing records may be kept longer where tax or accounting law requires it.
Who we share data with
Only with the service providers that help us run Nano Banana 2.1 (hosting and storage, AI processing, payments through Waffo Pancake as Merchant of Record, email delivery and analytics), each bound by contract to use it only for that job. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.
Your choices and rights
- See, correct or download the data tied to your account.
- Delete individual edits or your entire account at any time.
- Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR or CCPA may give you further rights, such as objecting to certain processing.
To use any of these rights, go to your account settings or email us.
Children
The Service is not meant for anyone under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has signed up, tell us and we will delete the account.
